Taskal.ca is a platform that connects customers with independent service providers ("Taskers"). We are not a party to any agreement between customers and Taskers. We do not employ, recommend, or endorse any Tasker, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered.
All transactions, payments, and communications between customers and Taskers occur directly between those parties. Taskal has no involvement in and assumes no liability for these interactions.
Taskal does not conduct background checks, verify credentials, or screen Taskers in any way. Users are solely responsible for evaluating and vetting any Tasker before engaging their services.
Taskal does not process, handle, or facilitate payments between customers and Taskers. Any payment disputes are strictly between the customer and Tasker. Taskal has no obligation to mediate or resolve such disputes.

Taskal offers promotional services for Taskers to increase visibility of their listings. These services are paid in full when ordered. We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders, with refunds provided for cancelled paid orders.
We do not assume responsibility for services offered by Taskers. We cannot guarantee quality, accuracy, timeliness, or completion of any work. Users engage Taskers entirely at their own risk.
14047907 Canada Inc, including our directors, officers, agents, employees, and affiliates, will not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of this site or any transaction with other users.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 14047907 Canada Inc from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or any dispute with another user.
Any disputes between users must be resolved directly between those users. Taskal is not responsible for mediating, arbitrating, or resolving any disputes between customers and Taskers.
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these sites.
Where consumer protection legislation applies, these Terms will be read subject to that legislation. Mandatory provisions of applicable law will prevail over conflicting terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
If any provision is found invalid, it will be removed and the remaining Terms will remain valid.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
