Our first step to pluck out all the old materials shingles, paper ,plastic and metal material and check out all the ply board of roofi f there is damage or rotten ply because of rain and snow we replace with new ply board then we proceed with our next step ice and water sheet (paper) 1st layer ,secondly synthetic paper layers for protection of ply from rain and snow.
on the edges of ply we nailed dripedge that protect ply board from rain and melting snow dripping in gutters.
Afterwards install high quality new shingles and change plastic vents and materials we also install wirly bird (wind trubines) that keep house ventilated and moisture free as per demand of our client.
